Chipotle Mexican Grill

I've tried this location twice and it's horrible. First time placed the order online and the portion was extremely small and the chips were stale and not salted. Today I decided to go in person just to give the location another chance only to find out that in both my salad and a bowl I ordered the meat was cold(out of the fridge cold) Also most of the food they had today looked like it had been seating there for a long time and once again got stale chips.

The rice taste like pure salt, I even crunched on some salt. When I told a worker he said 'ok' no one came to check on us or offer to replace our bowls. We gave up on Chipotle years ago but, this is a newer store so we decided to try it out and we were disappointed big time. I had to pick around the rice and eat what I could as you can see from the picture how much was left.

I recently stopped by this Chipotle to pick up lunch and had a pretty disappointing experience. While I was waiting, I watched the cook put a lot of salt on the chicken on the grill. I even asked the person serving me if it was salt being added, and he confirmed that it was. I didn’t think much of it at the time and went on my way. Once I got home and started eating, the food was extremely salty—to the point where it was hard to finish. I don’t have any medical issues or high blood pressure, so this wasn’t a personal sensitivity issue. This just wasn’t normal. I really think the cook at this location needs better training when it comes to seasoning, because that amount of salt should never be going on food. Well, talk about an extraordinarily great restaurant I went in today at 1 PM, today meaning on a Sunday the place was packed. Every seat was taken. Luckily for me I was taking mine to go. The food was hot and fresh, the staff was professional, and very courteous. And what a lot of food for the value For those below that left negative comments, please realize that this place is only been open. What a week, I’d like to know what all you perfected and just a weeks time with them work out the little tweaks, and then do a better review. BTW, as a traveler, who dies at a lot of restaurants, I never give a review off. I just won visit to a restaurant. This is my third time visiting since you’ve opened, yes, that’s the truth, and each time was superb.

My family and I have had a great experience on this location every time. We ordered on the app today and the bowls were so full, warm and fresh. The food was ready on time which was about 12 minutes after we ordered. No complaints about eating in either, the place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
