Chipotle Mexican Grill

0 stars… I was enjoying my bowl until I ate and pulled the longest strand of blond hair out of my mouth mid chew. I had already eaten about 1/4 of the bowl when I discovered it, I’m seriously sick to my stomach right now. The last time I visited this location, I received fatty undercooked meat, the food quality has really been on the decline…. this was the last straw for me.

My experience was OK, I can’t complain too much. The typical of what was expected, I appreciate the young lady fixing my meat with generosity as expensive as they are. You definitely want to get what you’re paying for and she did just that.

I came in around 6pm and while the food tasted good, the service was really uncomfortable. The first worker barely put any rice in my burrito and quickly pushed it down the line. When I was ordering the rest of my toppings, the next employee asked me in a condescending tone if I was going to get any more solids on my burrito. I said guacamole and cheese, and she laughed with another coworker while wrapping it, which was honestly embarrassing in front of other customers. I’ve never had a worker judge my order before lol. The burrito probably looked empty because the first employee barely put any rice and I asked for my chicken on the side. Overall just disappointed in the service.

I went to go get the new Al pastor chicken. The associates said we would have to wait ten minutes. We waited and came back in and it was still not done which is fine. We waited a little longer and it finally came out. The associate then started rushing. I watched the associate demolish a burrito because she couldn’t fold it. She tried once then she grabbed a second tortilla to wrap it in and it broke in the second one. The associate saw this and still wrapped it in the foil. This whole time she is huffing and puffing saying stuff under her breath. She finishes that and starts on my two bowls by that time another associate saw associate number one was frustrated so she started taking care of us. The associate was perfect until we got to the veggies where she just started throwing stuff. The

This is what I got for $27 on a DoorDash order. 3 pieces of chicken, maybe 4 pieces of lettuce and mostly the little bit of rice that couldn’t cover the bowl. Yes, this is the entire portion, I haven’t even taken a bite out of it. Like my fork?
