Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered double chicken online though the app and when I got home not only was it not double chicken, all the portion sizes were tiny and looked hastily thrown together. I understand the workers get busy and overworked so I tried to resolve by contacting the Chiptole customer and was promptly ignored, never receiving any response. This is ridiculous that a multi billion dollar company cares so little about its workers and its customers. A double chicken bowl is ridiculous enough for 14 dollars but when that’s what the quality looks like that’s totally unacceptable.

Disgusting. Place was full of trash. No drink machines were operational. Tables were filthy. No refunds for drinks bought. A lot of people left because food options were not available. The food tasted ok, not exactly warm, but the more filth we saw around the restaurant, the more grossed out we were. Didn't eat more than 4 or 5 bites before adding it to the overflowing trash. Workers were wearing gloves though and were very polite.

Overall, great food especially if you dine in. Chipotle should be good but this location has missed items from online orders. When Chipotle makes a mistake they send you to an AI agent that credits you for the missed item for a future trip. I recommend that you check your order before leaving the store.

Thank you for the staff that worked on the snow day(Jan 26th). Yes I was one of "those" people that needed to get out and not cook. They all worked very hard and did a great job being so short staffed. Give them a raise or extra bonus for coming in

I specifically ordered vegetarian food through DoorDash and made sure every item I selected was marked as vegetarian. Despite that, my order came with multiple pieces of meat. This is not just a minor mistake—it’s incredibly disrespectful to customers who avoid meat for religious, ethical, or health reasons. There was no warning, no label, nothing. Just meat in what was supposed to be a veg meal. I’m disgusted and extremely disappointed. If you care even a little about your dietary choices, avoid this place.
