Chipotle Mexican Grill

Every time I come here, the fajitas are in chunks and not cooked all the way. The definition of fajitas is cooked well done and sautéed. These are barely cooked. I’m not really a picky eater, but when it comes to my vegetables, I just want them to be done.

This is the 5th experience with this chipotle and I'm kinda disappointed. On TWO separate occasions they did not put enough food in the bowl. For 12 dollars a bowl I can at least get 2 scoops of rice. 2 stars because I've noticed that if you go before close they will fill it up to the MAX, and the staff is very nice. Quality of the food is good but its not exactly hard to make.

My bowl was HALF filled literally looked like someone ate half of it. If I’m paying for an expensive meal I expect good portions. This is ridiculous.

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Chips were stale & guac was brown, they both had to be DAYS old. Normally my bowl is FILLED at other locations, they barely gave any beans or meat, I get extra lettuce & my bowl was still only half full. They also charged us for queso when it was a cup of rice on the side, they did do a refund but still annoying a long with the poor quality of food. *Pictures of the guac we got versus what's on their website.

This is my third time ordering at this location. First time I waited in the drive through line forever for my takeout order. Second time my chicken was dry but whatever wasn’t going to complain. Third time which was today, my chicken was BURNT and dry. Asked for extra corn and was the same portion as the rest of the stuff small. Not to mention food was supposed to be done at 12:00 and I got there at 12:10 had to wait bc my food was not done. Will be going to Chamberburg location.
