Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve been to this Chipotle a few times, and the service has always been amazing. The staff is usually very nice. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience a day ago. I placed an online order for a bowl with 10 ingredients total, and when I got home, I noticed that 5 ingredients were missing. I drove back to the restaurant and politely let a staff member know about the issue. They informed a coworker, who appeared frustrated and upset with them. The coworker appeared more frustrated while remaking the bowl. I thanked her and she didn’t acknowledge me, placed the order on the table I was standing at, and walked away. Came in at 9pm and the restaurant was clean, staff were super friendly, Lindsey was working when we were there and she was also extremely helpful and kind. The food is always delicious and fresh when we’ve gone there too! Highly recommend this location😃

Short overweight hispanic girl was rude and tried to charge 10$ for kids meal . Because I ask for a side of salsa and a side of corn. She said they start charging sides on kids meal🤣 mind I go 2-3 a week on my lunch break never had this problem plus online it says 2 extra sides. I am absolutely blown away! Y'all need to go to Michigan and show them how to do it right! Not only is my meal 100% spot on, it's loaded, fresh and delicious!!! Thank you!!

They screwed up my order. I asked for no beans on my burrito and was very disappointed when I got back to work to find black beans in my burrito. I reached out to the restaurant through the app and was offered a free drink as compensation. Will not be returning to this location.
