Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered two veggie burrito bowls, and one of them had a piece of chicken in it. Why offer vegetarian items if the staff preparing the bowls are not careful about what goes into them? This is especially concerning for customers who avoid meat for dietary, religious, or ethical reasons. On top of that, they consistently miss adding sauces or only include a very small portion of certain ingredients in online orders. It’s frustrating to pay full price and repeatedly receive incomplete or poorly prepared bowls.

It was my first ever experience with Chipotle and I enjoyed well. It was healthy and full as meal. But lil bit service was for take out. Food was amazing

I ordered takeout from this Chipotle 3-4 times in the last 2 months, portion sizes are less always, especially meats are very less. Tastes also not consistent, only some of the time it is delicious. Friendly staffs, place is clean (they’re cleaning frequently). Plenty of parking spaces available. Wish they improve the portion sizes and quality in future.

I have been buying veg chipotle take away for couple of months now from Chipotle at US-46, almost every weekend. Since last 3 weeks, they have been giving half the regular quantity, while charging same price for the take aways. First 2 times, I thought its a genuine mistake. But finally understood they are intentionally doing it. Lost the trust and decided never to buy from there. Advice for other take away buyers - please make sure to check quantity before leaving premises. Or, dont buy from them. Go to some other branch or prepare at home and have hearty meal.

Went to visit our local chipotle Grill again place always looks disgusting. Every time we go in tables are all dirty then also yes I had to experience undercooked rice. How can you get rice wrong with? That’s exactly one of your primary main food items. This place needs to get more organize more clean and perhaps maybe think or think about better management cleanliness in this place is disgusting
