Chipotle Mexican Grill

THIS IS THE WORST CHIPOTLE EVER! My daughter ordered her sister dinner to be delivered to her work, a burrito bowl that was absolutely pathetic and literally half empty! She paid $50.50 to surprise her for her birthday. We will never go to this location again. This isn’t the 1st time the portions were bad, this is the straw that broke the camels back. On top of it you can’t get a live person to talk to. The phone system is fully automated and refers you to complain to their website. Chipotle has a lot to learn about Business, consistency and Customer Service! They need to have corporate training on How to make a burrito! OVER $50 FOR A HALF OF A BURRITO😡

Chipotle at 9 pm. It’s got everything: overflowing trash cans, dirty tables and chairs, a sticky floor, and employees glued to their phones. When I asked if the food was fresh, I got a shrug and “I don’t know.” I had to clean my own table, and seat just to eat. Food was okay, but the vibe was best described as apocalyptic.

This store needs serious ASM (Area Service Manager) attention. Does this location have a GM or is it being run by hourly staff (mostly teenagers)? If it does have a GM, they need a SERIOUS review of operations and standards. This place has TANKED in service, cleanliness, atmosphere and food quality. Most recent visit had one girl cleaning, no cashier, one line person who once running out of white rice, halted operations and took literally 10 minutes casually stocking the line while I guess some needed ingredients were being hurriedly whipped up. There were several employees in the back doing nothing / joking around, on the clock or not BAD look. 15 people in line and no one is even communicating to the customers on wait time, missing items or apologies. I'm not sure why they sell a large chip they are the same amount in each bag. One just has a sticker on it. You are getting ripped off if you buy a large bag of chips from this place But I can tell you why they do it a small bag of chips here is a $1.70, a large bag of chips are $2.40, that's a 70-cent difference, so if you sell a million bags of large chips and only put regular size in the large bags that's a $700,000 profit per million bags that's why they do it it's from corporate in all they're doing is stealing your money Well here we are again today's date is 8-6-2025 and this Chipotle yet again is ripping people off they're still selling regular size chips for the large price no quality control at this location oh and I didn't notice did they charge me for the wrong stuff instead o

Arrived to a line of 8-10 people. Line moved quickly and we went to order to be told they were out of steak, vegetables, pico, chips, and queso. After that, the guacamole was nearly black from sitting out so long and the prep line was so dirty there is little chance a health inspection would pass. The drink station did not look much better messy and no napkins and half the silverware bins were empty. This was third try at this Chipotle and third time they were out of something or had something broken. This was their last chance.
