Chipotle Mexican Grill

The amount of serving is probably half of what other chipotle serves. You’d still feel hungry after eating. More like an appetizer. Not worth 13 bucks for a kids portion. This is an online order btw.

Online, the hours are stated that the restaurant is open until 11:00 p.m. on Saturdays. I ordered online and selected a pickup time of 8:50 p.m., well before closing hours. I got to the restaurant at 8:46 p.m., and as I was walking up to the door, an employee locked the door and told me they were closed. I told them I had an online order set for an 8:50 p.m. pickup time. The employee told me to wait outside as he went to check my order. He then came back, unlocked the door, and handed me my order through the partially opened door; then proceeded to close and lock the door again. I had no opportunity to grab napkins, utensils or any other things that I needed inside the restaurant. All business was conducted at the door, without allowing me to walk inside the restaurant. Very nice staff, generous portions and usually not too busy inside. One of the best Chipotle’s I’ve eaten at.

Drive threw service is literally the worst! Don’t see the point of having a drive threw if they going to still make you wait 30 mins or more to get your food. Employees don’t even get close to the window to ask what you’re picking up. They’re in there just making everyone else orders but yours!

There was a long line of people waiting to place orders or to pick up orders. During this, there were 4 employees sitting in the lobby eating and doing nothing to assist the line. First of all, there shouldn't be four employees on break at the same time,band certainly shouldn't be eating in the same area where customers are waiting. There was no manager present. Very poor service.
