Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food is decent, but chicken was not fresh. The burrito was pretty good and full of fixings. My son got the steak tacos and thought they were pretty tasty. The salad bowl was straight gas, tho! The kiddos abandoned their food for mine, so you know it was good. I'd tell you what I put in in but it's kinda a secret! Service and cleanliness are a clear concern. As soon as we walked in, we were confronted with overflowing trash receptacles. Then, when we were paying, they immediately looked at my wife for payment, and I was still ordering my bowl. I will pay for the food once our order is complete. Hey Chipotle, don't just ask whoever is in front of you for money and clean up the place!

I ordered a veggie bowl and they gave me no Guac even though I paid for it and the bowl contained only about 5 bites of food. They were also very rude.

We went through for a kids taco meal for my daughter, got mixed up and ended up with 3 sides, and received no meat. My bad for letting my kiddo go through and getting distracted, but when I owned my mix up and went back they were rude just said I had to pay for a side of meat. So apparently a scoop of sour cream is equivalent to a protein? I’ve never had an issue ordering kids meal, we’re always prompted for a protein. I said it was an honest mistake and it’s the same cost either way, she insists no I have to pay and then turns away from me. I agree to pay, and they try to fill one tiny side cup with meat and charge me $5, so I had to again say this isn’t right and makes no sense. I get even more attitude and finally they agree to use a larger container for a $5 side of meat. So unpleasant

I recently visited this Chipotle and had a mixed experience. Compared to my last visit at a different location, this one was not as generous with the servings in my burrito bowl, particularly with the steak. While I was hoping for the same hearty portions I received before, I was somewhat disappointed by the smaller quantity this time. However, despite the smaller portions, the overall quality of the food was still good. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were spot on. The service was quick and friendly, making for a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the positive atmosphere. In summary, while this Chipotle didn't meet my expectations in terms of portion size, the quality and service were commendable. I would still recommend

Food was prepped well but hardly anyone speaks English here. Don't you think that if you come here and then obtain employment that after a few months you should start learning the language out of respect for the country you're now in and the one you've clearly left from to have a better quality of life? The manger seemed a little disinterested in customer service. When it came to engaging the customers she couldn't have been more disinterested. Heavier set black woman. The food was good and the checkout process was standard and easy enough but I feel like Chipotle should set some kind of bar SOMEWHERE.
