Chipotle Mexican Grill

We were greeted by a friendly young man that took our order & handled us quickly. Food was very fresh & the portions were more than generous. The establishment was also very clean.

Wow, went to post a review and see nothing but negative reviews from the last month. This is not okay and the only response is from Chipotle corporate saying to reach out to their website I'm sure for a gift card or something how about you FOX the problem and replace management and train them? This is the third time in 2 weeks that I stopped here to get food and they are out of almost everything and tell me it's going to be a 15 minute wait if I really want to have the ingredients I want this is like 8:00 p.m. so I get it a little bit but you're open until 11:00 for God's sake and then when I ask for a manager they just ignored me and I stopped and said no who is the manager and they said well I am but the other guy is in the office I just walked out this is ridiculous fix the problem this

Dont go here. Terrible service. Ordered a quesadilla and the sides were in it? Had to drive all the way back and no sorry just pointing fingers "i didnt don't that must've been that guy".

Ordered a basic bowl. Got it delivered and it was someone else’s order. Tried contacting support for help because DoorDash wasn’t able to help as the outer packing(bag) had my name on it however the actual sticker on the bowl had someone else’s name on it. They kept stating there was nothing they would do that it was DoorDash’s problem. I explained it was NOT the driver fault, they picked up the correct bag. It was the person at Chipotle who messed up the order. You can’t get ahold of ANYONE at the actual restaurant as it simply will not allow you to. I am disabled and in a wheelchair so delivery is the only way for me to get my food. So not only was I out of a meal I was also out almost $20. It is absurd that y’all were so unhelpful. Your customer service is horrible. Very very disappoint

I asked for white plan rice and the employee said we don't have plan rice i also asked for a large order of chips n queso he also said we're out of chips. They charged me 25 dollars n I wasn't happy with the customer service. I'll be calling the store manager in the morning
