Chipotle Mexican Grill

They messed up my order. I ordered a “bowl” as anyone can see from BOTH labels that say “bowl” but was still given a burrito and it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. I live too far away to go back. I somehow ended up with a burrito even though it’s on there twice.

The way they persuade you by graving a full soon infront of you.. to take most of it out and dump a quater of what was on the spoon.... Didnt knew if they will charge for extra so I didnt risk it... The protein spoon was so small it seem I ate a salad. Like playing where is waldo. I asked for acocado, if you are willing to pay close to $4 dollars. The porción should be fair and not just a think and small portion... that really pissed me off... In Tucson and sahuarita. They give a fair ammount of stuff. Comparing to this location.... Need to fix this before more bad reviews....

I eat lunch here regularly. It’s really the only place I can comfortably order from. Today!!!! My burrito was made to perfection is ordered it for 11:20 and they were fast. Thank you 😁 All restaurants have bumps and hiccups along the way. But my experience has been overall very good.

This Chipotle seems to be a bit hit-or-miss. Ordering through the app and using the drive-up window usually results in great food, but it's a different story when ordering in-store. The guacamole has been disappointing, appearing dull and grey, which isn't appetizing at all. The quality of service varies, depending on the person serving, and sometimes they provide quite small portions. The portion control is important because they seem to be lacking in this aspect, and the price-to-portion ratio isn't as favorable compared to other Chipotle locations.

Out of all the Chipotles I’ve visited, this one had the smallest portions. I had to ask for more lettuce and sour cream because they barely added any.
