Chipotle Mexican Grill

I don’t know what kind of magic y’all put in that bowl, but Chipotle Mexican Grill just keeps me coming back for more! Every single time it’s fresh, flavorful, and hits the spot. The portions? On point. The consistency? Solid. And when you find your go-to order, it’s a wrap (literally 😅). Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or treating myself after a long day, they never disappoint. If loving Chipotle is wrong, I don’t wanna be right! 🙌🏾💚 #ChipotleLove

I love coming to get a quick bite here, the food is always delicious and the front line does their best getting each order just right, but yesterday I overheard the manager speaking very poorly to the other employees. I can't quote him word for word but he was in the middle of what seemed like belittling the staff at the expo area and carried the same attitude around to the front staff. After I paid, there was an employee that was at the side refilling utensils and I asked for the manager's name, they said his name is "Sergio". I sat down to eat but the manager's behavior was really bothering me and ruining my experience. I can only imagine how he treats his employees behind the scenes.

Worse customer service ever, they feed you these small portions like you a child! Don’t dare ask for nothing extra. Place filthy too

I had a great experience at Chipotle thanks to Josh. He was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell he actually cares about customer service and takes pride in his work.

Pretty apparent no one is trained and no one cares. Restaurant was disgusting. From the kitchen to the main floor. Couldn’t wrap a burrito. Tried double wrapping still couldn’t get it.😂
