Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered from the app. I picked up my order and opened my bag to a half wrapped burrito. It was placed and the bag which is unsanitary! If you guys didn’t have enough foil then maybe put the burrito in a bowl. If your establishment is half covering ppls food, I wonder what else they’re doing!! 🙄

I wish I could give this no stars. The queso was curdled and chunky, think almost Greek yogurt consistency, and half of the chips were not cooked through. The contents of the burrito were not mixed prior to folding, so every bite was the same until the next layer. Chipotle quality and taste have gone down hill.

First time at this location. The place was a mess. I actually had second thoughts ordering. My food wasn’t even hot. Probably worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. Hopefully I won’t get sick from food not served at appropriate temperature.

I bought a chicken bowl with rice, both beans, lettuce, corn, hot salsa and sour cream. I opened it up when I came home to see it filled with half lettuce, 1/4 sour cream. There was maybe half of a scoop of rice, a few beans, and a little bit of chicken. For 12 dollars I expect a good meal. I had to buy another meal afterwards due to the lack of quantity and asked for sour cream on the side. They charged an extra $1.65. I won't be coming back here again.
