Chipotle Mexican Grill

Had a great experience at Mountain House Chipotle! The food was fresh and delicious. Mo helped me out and was super friendly. she took the time to explain the new meat option and made the whole experience even better. I tried the Chicken Al Pastor and was honestly surprised at how good it was. Definitely coming back!

I had ordered a chicken burrito and was pretty disappointed. The portion size was much smaller than usual, and they completely missed adding a couple of items I requested. On top of that, there was a noticeable difference in taste compared to what I normally expect from Chipotle. Overall, it didn’t feel worth the price this time. Hope this location improves consistency and attention to orders.

I was excited to try this new Chipotle location, but unfortunately the food quality was not up to the usual Chipotle standard. The fajita veggies were undercooked and still quite raw, and the rice was also not fully cooked. The overall taste felt very different from what I’m used to at other Chipotle locations. I hope this is just a new-store learning curve and that consistency improves soon, because I usually really enjoy Chipotle.

Was welcomed when I walked in. Order was taken correctly. Restaurant was clean. The low reviews are pretty unreasonable. It's chipotle and I got what I expected when I came in!

Considering it being a new location and the staff are still not fully trained, I had a pretty good experience. The portion size was good, and I guess it would depend on who is preparing your order as I did notice a difference in portion sizes based on who was preparing your order. They need to train the staff more to be consistent.
