Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was there the other night with my family and the staff was amazing, the food was fresh and looked so good! The store was clean and the girl that was there managing that night was so super sweet ! She made our experience so much better ! She had brown hair and clear glasses! Super sweet girl! She definitely deserves a shoutout! This place has definitely turned around from a few months ago! I will be back again!

It has been a very long time since I’ve eaten at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. We were traveling home and thought we’d give this restaurant a try. We had no idea how to enter the restaurant. We queued for about 5 minutes and the server had suggested only one vegetarian option (plant based). We decided to get a rice & bean bowl, chips and salsa and two drinks. The meal cost approximately $25. The interior of the restaurant was dirty. Salsa was on the floor and the tables were dirty. We had to clean off our own seats. The chips were bland and thin. They used to be flavorful, but not now. I never opened the salsa. The rice bowl was marginally acceptable and did not look appetizing. Usually never have a problem with this location, but I haven’t visited it in years. I am pregnant and was looking forward to my meal Everything was great until I noticed pieces of paper in my food and now everybody is just paper. Paid 20 bucks in total just for some disappointment and worries.

There were multiple issues with the experience at this chipotle this evening. The most significant issue was the cleanliness of the facility itself. Each table, floor, and surface appeared not to have been cleaned for the entirety the day; food, and trash everywhere. They were out of tomato’s, and all of the food was dry and had to of been sitting out for quite some time. The fountain drink machine was out of multiple sodas. The bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Only one person was working the front while the other three employees were standing around in the back of the store. When things were brought to their attention, a lackadaisical eye roll was the only response noted. Lastly, the bills were rang up incorrectly. The issue I experienced was the lack of lettuce as they were out. I ordered the steak bowl and allwent other ingredients were very good. I wanted a receipt and was told the printer wasn't working. The place was clean and the employees were very nice and the line went quickly.
