Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m deeply saddened to say that lately this establishment has been treating delivery drivers as if they’re not even human. There is no respect for the queue. I waited 40 minutes for a small order — a kids’ burrito with juice. I asked several times about the status, and at first I was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. It’s very disappointing. It used to be a great place. I genuinely enjoyed stopping by. But they lie straight to your face. I’ll say it again — there is no respect for delivery drivers. Orders are being handed out through the drive-thru while the line inside is ignored. The queue is not being followed. It’s very upsetting. Ive been going to this chipotle for a long time now and overall my experience has always been positive. The service by the workers is amazing. Josh gives very good attention to his work and is always there if you need something.

What I ordered- bowl with guacamole, white rice, black beans, Barbacoa, corn salsa and cheese. And a large guacamole. What I got- no guacamole on the bowl, tomato salsa not corn, sour cream I didn’t order and a small guacamole they charged me $5.80 for. I gave it two stars because at least they got the barbacoa right. Definitely NOT what I ordered. This was take out so I didn’t see it until I got home.

The food here is always good, always fresh. I love the seasonal meats they do, those are always chef’s kiss. Honey chipotle chicken is a must try. Get a side of vinaigrette for your bowl and thank me later. I just tried the Adobo Ranch sauce and it was also very good. It has a smooth creamy texture with a subtle flavor at first and a kick for the after taste. Something I do wish all Chipotle’s across America could focus on more, is keeping it sanitary. I don’t know that I have ever been to a truly well kept Chipotle anywhere in the states. I understand things get busy, as I also worked in food business for 7 years, but I wish their franchise could add a person just for cleaning to all locations.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the new Chipotle in the Minneola area, and it was a delightful experience. The restaurant, though small, has a well-thought-out layout that maximizes space and comfort. I opted for a chicken bowl accompanied by chips and a refreshing Mexican Coke, and the food was exactly what you expect from Chipotle: fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. One of the highlights of this location is its fantastic setting for enjoying meals. Being able to watch the sunset while eating added a serene and enjoyable backdrop to the dining experience.
