Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don’t waste your money here!!! This store is absolute trash. The customer service is TERRIBLE!!! There is always an issue with mobile orders and they are always out of food items. When you do receive your inevitably incorrect order, the food is cold and items missing. Today was my first time back in over 3 months and will be my last. I had major issues with 2 separate app orders and there wasn’t a supervisor on staff at the time that could help. The young man at the drive thru window kept apologizing but it’s not his fault the management at this store is worthless.

I had a great experience at this Chipotle. The food was excellent — the chicken was flavorful and the guacamole was fresh and delicious. The location is convenient and wasn’t too busy when I went, which made for a smooth visit. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. Overall, a solid 4 stars!

The restaurant was in extremely poor condition — there was trash scattered all over the floor, the dining area was dirty, and it looked very poorly maintained. There was also a leak in front of the register, with water all over the floor, which made the area unsafe and unhygienic. Additionally, they did not have guacamole or vegetables available during my visit. Most concerning, I found a hair in my bowl. When I informed the staff, the young woman at the counter announced that apparently there was a hair in my plate, which was unprofessional. This was a horrible experience, especially because I am a frequent customer of Chipotle and usually enjoy your food.

Chipotle has usually been consistently good in my experience, but this visit showed me that quality can vary by location. We ordered ahead, yet our food wasn’t ready when we arrived and it wasn’t even being prepared, as only one employee was working and focused on in-store customers. When we finally received our order, one of the bowls was missing the chicken entirely. Worst of all, my food contained small stones in multiple bites, making it completely inedible and forcing me to throw it away. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

I was reminded why I sold off my Chipotle stock years ago and stopped considering it my top fast food restaurant. Once again I visited a Chipotle hoping to get a veggie burrito and there were no veggies available or even being made (they were without other ingredients too). Once again I walked out and ate somewhere else. Not sure how they can keep customers with this pattern of service. Fast food is supposed to be reliable. This will be the last time I give them a try.
