Chipotle Mexican Grill

What a horrible employee. He has special needs and I understand that but he didnt even give me much steak even worth the price nor guacamole he gave me just a teaspoon of guacamole. I even told the cashier and she didnt even bother. Don't put that guy to make burritos wow. I want a refund now.

We went to this Chipotle today around 2:00 in the afternoon. When we got into the restaurant the entire place was so filthy and it wasn’t even busy inside. Three customers besides us. We ordered our food and had to wipe off our own table to sit at. Every single table had something on it and needed to be cleaned. There were dirty floors and overfilling trash cans. The burrito bowls we ordered were smaller than usual. maybe 10 pieces of chicken. The chips were filled about 1/4 ways up in the bag and they were so incredibly stale. Some of them didn’t even crunch! They were out of forks and when I asked the man working pickup orders for a fork he rolled his eyes, hesitated, and handed me a fork without saying anything. Customer service was great! But the service was very slow. I had to wait in line 30 mins before actually ordering. They do give small portion sizes, so I requested double everything on my burrito bowl. I had a few problems with my order: (1) My chicken was crunchy and (2) the large guacamole I ordered was very bland; it tasted like water as if they forgot to add salt. I doubt if I would return to this location, but they do have GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

We ordered two bowls from doordash. One bowl was supposed to have extra chicken. When we opened the bowl, it literally had hardly enough chicken to count as one serving. To pay an extra $4 for extra chicken that you definitely didn't get is extremely frustrating, especially when you're already ordering off a much more expensive menu.

Great customer service and delicious foods as always. They always put adequate amounts of what I ordered. I usually ordered the " bowls ". The rice, steaks were nice and guacamole and fresh tomato salsa were great for rice and steaks!! They still close the tables. But they opened outdoor space and tables. I will visit again soon.
