Chipotle Mexican Grill

I came in today and got a bowl of the new chicken Al pastor and had Carla the manager help me out with cashing out and she is the best she reminded me to use my rewards which was super helpful and I also heard her call out to subordinate staff to change their gloves and wash their hands during “happy hour” she called it ? Idk the correct terminology but I do know she’s leading her staff in the right direction and I love coming to this location because of it!!!

First time visiting this Chipotle and I’m not sure if it was the manager but it seemed like it.. was incredibly unfriendly to me. She got snappy about me coming in a few minutes early for my online order and when I told her, “that was the earliest it would let me choose in the app,” she gave me crazy looked, didn’t say a word, and walked away. A simple, “just give us a few and we’ll have it out for you.” would’ve worked. Felt like a criminal up in there. 😂 Wild how people keep their jobs treating customers like that. I will say though, I then realized that a woman works there that used to work at the altamonte location by my house and she is THE SWEETEST. I ordered a Chicken Bowl with brown rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, roasted chili-corn salsa, fajita veggies, cheese, and romaine lettuce. The bowl had a very generous portion of food, perfect for satisfying one's hunger. The ingredients were fresh and well-combined, creating a delicious and balanced flavor. The only thing I would have loved was for the food to arrive hotter. Other than that, the experience was very positive. I would definitely order again!

The food was awful. It honestly felt like I was eating leftovers. Almost all of the food containers on the serving line were empty, and the ones that weren’t were scraped down to the bottom. The food was overcooked, especially the beans. The portion they put in my bowl was extremely small. Never in all the times I’ve visited Chipotle have I eaten with such disappointment. Even though there were only two people in line, it took more than 15 minutes to place my order. Of the three employees working, one of them kept walking around and doing nothing, while the two girls were practically doing everything — and when I say everything, I mean the little that was actually getting done. I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for a while, and there is one employee, that is slightly older, has glasses, freckles, and is a fellow POC, who is consistently rude every single time I’m here. Any time I ask for a side of dressing (which is a normal, free item) she acts irritated, rolls her eyes, or hands it to me without saying a word or even looking at me. It’s not a one-time thing. It happens every time she’s working. My daughter asked nicely for an extra sauce once and this employee literally rolled her eyes at her before grabbing it. It’s just unnecessary attitude for no reason. I’m not asking for anything crazy just what’s already on the menu. She’s rude, passive-aggressive, and clearly does not want to interact with customers.
