Chipotle Mexican Grill

I love Chipotle at most locations but this one is horrible for so many reasons. Last order took 40 minutes past the pickup time cause they didn’t have any chicken ready. Portions are smaller than other locations. Usually something missing in the burrito bowl that I always order and the chicken tastes different here. This one is closest to where I live, and I love chipotle, so I keep coming back hoping that it gets better!

I ordered online and went through the drive thru pick up window. It was me and my son. I had ordered a burrito, a burrito bowl and a large chips and queso. When I first got to the window there was a truck ahead of me. He got his bag and left. I pulled up and they handed me my stuff. As I was pulling away, I noticed the same truck had gone back around, guess they forgot something in his order. That should have been my clue to stop the car and look in the bag. The over $8 chips and queso was only queso...no chips. So that was a waste! What I did eat was good. Check your bags people!

Our family went to this restaurant to get some food and we noticed the steak was quite dark and dry looking and not very consistent in size. we asked how long it had been held in the hot pan. we also inquired about getting fresher steak. The general manager said it would take 10 min to cook fresh steak and insisted that the steak in the line was moist, and to standard. my husband used to work for Chipotle and knows that the steak was old and over cooked, just by looking at it. after my husband said he didnt want it she told us not to come back. extremely unprofessional. definitely not how Chipotle trains people to treat customers. The food was definitely not to Chipotle standard or any other reasonable standard. I would not recommend going to this Chipotle until the upper management is ref

The food quality was good. I ordered a bowl with vinaigrette and guac and chips. The guac was lacking salt and the vinaigrette was really sweet you can taste the honey in it. Customer service was pretty good especially the afternoon girls are lovely

Wow oh wow. I walked in ordered my food they had me in and out in less than 2 mins! The employees were super friendly and my bowl was perfect. I got nothing extra per se and the bowl was piled high!
