Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am genuinely so flabbergasted at how poorly the people who work here acted. My girlfriend told one of them she liked their shirt and got eye rolls. I asked if my drink cups were in my bag or if I needed to grab them and got told "idk maybe check the bag first then ask" and got met with constant eye rolls for simply standing and waiting for my food. Absolutely disappointed and several reviews discussing such is true. The food was amazing! But below 1 star customer service.

Workers stare at you like they hope you get hit by a bus, I never complain but I’m a college student and my order seemed a bit expensive so I asked for a receipt and they charged me extra because they were too lazy to take something off. Like how petty are you I’m treating myself and this is how you treat your customers. I’m reporting to corporate, I’ll stick to the chipotles in New York that actually care.

Extremely dirty and unkempt. Went on a very slow Friday night. Only one other patron in front of me. The restaurant only had one couple eating at a hightop. There were at least 4 workers in the store behind the counter. The drink station was filthy and had no lids for cups. The floors and tables had food, debris and crumbs everywhere you looked and the trash at the exit was ridiculously overflowing with garbage in the bins filled to capacity and bags piled on top. The food however was good, but the location did nothing to entice me to want to come back there. I posted some images of what it looked like during my visit.

ALL I GOT WAS A KIDS MEAL! I honestly don’t know how you can mess this up. All I ordered was a taco with Carne Asada, White rice, Chips, and a drink. The Carne Asada and Rice were colder than the water that sunk the Titanic. They forgot my chips and drink. When I told the employee about it, he gave me a dirty look and placed them both angrily in my bag. My order was supposed to be finished at 7:40, but it took them till 7:55 to finish my order (which they didn’t even make correctly). The restaurant was also pretty dirty inside, but thank God an employee finally noticed and cleaned up the place. I understand working in a fast food restaurant can be stressful and difficult at times, especially when there was a rush (which there wasn’t), but come on, we can’t keep messing up like this.

Yeah the other reviews are accurate. The workers did not seem approachable. The servings were pretty disappointing as if they're payed by the ounce. Seriously avoid this location and head to the one in trex
