The people who work at this location are the sweetest human beings!! Chipotle has been my pregnancy craving pretty much my whole pregnancy and I just needed to shout them out because every time I order from there it’s a great experience, I’m greeted by name and they even remember to include my extra sour cream and a bowl for me! I can’t say enough about this location and the kind people who work there.

11/02 I started go to Chipotle very often cause of brisket, it’s very tasty. But today I was served by the guy who’s attitude was unacceptable, he even don’t listen what I telling him, he put little bit of brisket in my bowl I asked to add half of spoon, to which he told me that he charging me 7$ extra. I am also working with food and customer service, I know how hard is it, but you don’t have to show your attitude without any reason and charge WAY EXTRA as it should be! I am going to this place 2-3 times a week, I am always ordering the same bowl, my total always 16$, yes, I paid this extra money but I don’t have any desire to come in this place anymore

This place needs leadership. Nick, the general manager, is missing in action. It’s difficult to articulate how consistently horrendous this establishment is. Over the past few years I’ve been here numerous times and I’m not kidding, never once has there not been an issue. Today there was no chicken, vegetables, guacamole, vinaigrette…but many missing ingredients is standard for this location. Our visit today began with a handwritten sign, “no forks or spoons.” Inside, the soda fountain was ran by itself while everyone just stared — maybe they were trying to create some ambient water fall sounds while you wait in line?! After waiting in line for 15 minutes we ultimately just left as we watched the employees prepared food, walk around the kitchen for ingredients touching multiple surfaces,a

Took my kid here by request. I didn't think I would like it and suprise I don't. I get the runs just walking by it and inside smells less than pleasant. Staff was not pleasant, but I wouldn't be either having to habitat that place for a full shift. Not a fan, not going again nor will I be taking children there.
