Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’ve always been a Chipotle enjoyer, and like most fast food regulars know, it’s all about location, location, location. When you find a good one, you stick with it. After moving to this side of Toledo a few years ago, I started my hunt for my Chipotle spot and landed at the Spring Meadows location. I’ve only been here twice, but both times left a bad taste in my mouth, metaphorically. The food itself is solid. The portions are fair, and the prep seems consistent. My issue is the cleanliness. The first time I visited, I wrote it off as maybe a bad night or new staff. But even then, the trash cans were full, food was scattered all over the counters, and dishes were piling up in the back. Im so sick of this location. Ordering here is a gamble.. 50/50 chance of getting what you actually paid for. Mind you the pic I included is supposed to be double protein.. extra veggies & light sour cream & there was no silverware included in the bag

As someone who loves chipotle, I couldnt be more disappointed with the meal my family and I received. First of all, the burrito we ordered was half the size they usually are. With the price they are thats a little ridiculous. I also got a bowl, the romaine is pretty much all on stems still. We ordered 2 Large bags of chips and one small, the two large chips were as full as the regular size, just labeled large. Food took forever, customer service is close to not even the bare minimum. This location is slowly dwindling.

Look at this pathetic bowl. Was supposed to be extra veggies and double chicken. Second bowl was supposed to be double steak. The ladies in front of us though that the guys were flirting with got great bowls though 🙄🙄

Steak in my burrito is all cartilage and fat plus the fajita veggies i asked for aren’t even bell peppers? They are red sweet peppers and way over seasoned. Ruined my $22 burrito. Pop machine had a mountain of ice under it. 1 person on the line until there was a customer line all the way to the door.
