Chipotle Mexican Grill

~$12 for 3 tacos with a literal toddlers pinch of meat in each one. Basically paid for rice tacos. Took 3 bites of my first taco, realized I hadn’t tasted meat so opened them up and pushed the rice away to uncover the littlest amount of meat I’ve ever had on Chipotle, Cafe Rio or Barbacoa tacos by far. My wife’s burrito bowl is the exact same way. It’s crazy to think a company would do this to save a buck when in reality it means we will never come back. Hopefully Chick-a-filet moves in when they go under.

removing my 5 star review because I just got 3 tacos and a burrito bowl & I kid you not, I almost couldn’t find a single piece of meat. the most ridiculous excuse for a meat portion that I’ve ever experienced. Insane

The most scant portion I have ever received at a Chipotle to date. I ordered in person. Was hoping a newer location might be better-not the case. Got less than 1/4 an avocado for $3, and what looked like a 1 oz portion of meat. My whole bowl fit less than 1/2 the bowl-and they gave me more salsa than rice. Don’t go here.

New location, same issues with portion sizes. I can only speak to online orders because that’s what we did and it was our first time coming to this location. Smallest portion size I’ve ever gotten, definitely don’t order online they will skimp on the size. Also the guac my wife ordered looked old and very dark green, like it had been sitting out for a long time.

I ordered Chipotle catering for my wedding reception 3 weeks in advance. It was a disaster, and I wish I had gone with literally anything else. I asked for delivery, paid the delivery fee, gave them my credit card to charge. I never received a confirmation email, despite me asking for one twice. On the day of, the food was 15 minutes late and nowhere to be found. I got a voicemail from the Holladay UT location and told me my order was ready for pick up and payment was pending. I informed the manager I had given my payment information 3 weeks ago, wanted that card charged, and specifically ordered it to be delivered. The manager told me that delivery was unavailable, despite it being already confirmed (unless it was from DoorDash), and that I would have to come pick up and pay for it. So
