Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went to grab a quick lunch from work. The inside was busy and they were missing some ingredients, however the person making my food was able to think outside the box to avoid long wait times. (Getting items from the to-go/online line). Bowl was heavy and portions were on par with what I remember. I'd come back here again for lunch!

I actually liked the food this time. I didn't have to ask for more scoops. It had some flavor. I could taste the lime and spices. They do need to shake the excess juices off of the beans and corn salsa. The bowls get too soft.

The service here is horrible and has been for some months now especially later in the evening it is ran by a bunch of children, and at a certain time everyday they run out of everything and refuse to do their job. when you go in person or order off doordash it’s always a scarce portion or very wrong. i got three bowls only received one, and they put steak plus none of the ingredients i asked for. DO NOT GO HERE!!! the service used to be decent i don’t know what happened needs new management or something. Better off going to the one in raytown.

I was in line and then they said the chicken will take 20 minutes to get ready and all suddenly they have it ready to serve. I believe they didn’t cook it well since other customers were made of waiting .Now my wife has food poisoning and kept throwing up the food. It the was the only meal she had. Please next time don’t feel rushed and cook the meat well especially for people who were ok to wait for it and expect themselves to enjoy and not getting sick. BTW I didn’t even see them take a temperature of the chicken after was cooked!? So I think that was the issue. Update: Chipotle took my issue seriously and worked with me ti solve it. They refunded my money and as always they have high customer satisfaction. Thank you!

This is really not a review. This is a suggestion, during my visit to two different locations, I notice 9 of 10 customers grab a handful of flatware, napkins and take a whole bottle of Tabasco. I can imagine if this happens at two stores it happens at most. I could not even estimate how much money this would save if the person at the register put napkins and flatware in the bag. The Tabasco issue, don't make it available to the customer. Just my observation.
