Chipotle Mexican Grill

We always order two bowls both with double protein and every time we get the absolute bare minimum for protein. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened to us so i figured i’d leave a review to spread awareness when ordering online maybe in person it is a better experience.. It’s unfortunate this location has been so bad considering it is the only one around for quite a while.

Everyone working at this specific location is extremely kind and they seem to work and together as a team which makes this chipotle experience even better. I'd been living in Europe for many years and the first place I ate was chipotle, not at this location however. When I came here I was reminded why chipotle is my favorite quick food spot. The manager here is excellent, the workers are doing their thing with intention and they show a lot of respect to the customer. I recommend stopping by this chipotle location and get a taste if it's vibe as well as it's food. 🙏🏼❤️ #nomnomnom

Went here for lunch on a Sunday, this is the first time having them after 19 years when we moved here the first week we tried them. I was like nope not happening it, coming from Texas. This is just not really an option as we thought, but due today we have a brand new one here in Frederick. I said I'll give him a try again and actually was really good. We'll go back again for sure.

I go to Chipotle often, so when a new location opened in my area, I was excited to try it out. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the environment felt off. The employees all seemed to be in bad moods, and the overall vibe was tense and uncomfortable. While I was being helped, the young lady preparing my food scooped the white rice that had been all over the prep table back into the container for the rice. She also had to stop what she was doing because the customer ahead of us was standing at the register for an unusually long time. Management was standing right there the entire time, yet instead of stepping in, the employee had to stop and ask if someone needed to ring him out. The manager then yelled loudly to the back to

I don’t know how these are both $10 burritos but ok… We ordered online and came to pick it up. When we got there, people ordering in the line were getting food piled onto their burritos/bowls. Are they just doing this on the online orders because we can’t see them making it? A lot of items were missing things like sour cream, etc. Chipotle is expensive, at least give us a proper amount of food… it shouldn’t be that hard.
