Chipotle Mexican Grill

Friendly staff and probably the busiest chipotle I have seen in the south. This facility has well staffed and food tasted fresh. It can get difficult to find parking at lunch time and be prepared to be in queue for ordering food at busy hours.

This was without a doubt, the worst Chipotle experience I’ve ever had. They were scraping the bottom of the pans, trying to make the food portions work. I asked if they had a marinated chicken item, and they just mix the regular chicken with Some kind of sauce, But the chicken that they use was burnt. The amount of chicken that I received was 1/2 of a serving, but I received three servings of rice for some reason. When I was looking for a seat, there was not a single table that was clean. There were 4 to 5 people working at this time.

Tonight we ordered from Chipotle online for pick-up, even though a friend had warned against doing so. I had been told that the portions are smaller, with less meat and more filler items, and man was he right!! We ordered one steak & chicken burrito, and one steak & chicken bowl, both with queso (which costs extra). The burrito was LITERALLY HALF the size of one you would get inside. It had the wrong rice, the smallest bit of queso only at one end, and a LOT of lettuce. The bowl was 80% rice, 10% salsa & cheese, 3% steak, 0% chicken, a small smear of queso, and was covered with so much lettuce that, at first glance, you couldn't see the lack of meat/toppings. On NYE I ordered a salad with Barbacoa (paid extra), fajita veggies, salsa, rice, beans and lettuce via Doordash. When I opened my food, there was hardly ANY Barbacoa and absolutely no fajita veggies or salsa. I put the Barbacoa on my food scale out of curiosity and they had only given me 1.09oz of meat--- Chipotle's website indicates 4oz protein servings. Doordash customer service is absolutely horrible and offered no help, and Chipotle's phone number just goes to an automated service with no ability to talk to anyone. There needs to be some sort of quality control. I paid $20 for rice and beans essentially. I will absolutely avoid this location and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Good atmosphere and a friendly staff. Food was good but not super flavorful. There was once staff member in the back who was preparing food who seemed a less than happy to be there. He dropped a monstrous stainless pan and really woke up the restaurant and probably folks in the parking lot. I could tell by the managers face that he knew exactly who dropped the pan without looking. It’s possible the same joker cooked all the flavor out of the chicken.
