Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ask my grandma to get me some food while she out I ask her to get me both rice they barely gave me brown rice when I ask for both they only gave me white rice they gave me about 6 pieces of steak I ask for corn they gave me a very little I ask for queso no queso I ask for cheese they barely put cheese on it’s.btw I ask for double meat

If my son weren't obsessed with Chipotle I would stop coming here. They are always out of some ingredient, or today they had workers triple-wrapping burritos because they overstuffed them, and burrito bowls were overflowing through the lids. Not very appetizing.

Started coming to this new FP location after terrible food at the Oak Park restaurant. Sadly, this one has gone to pot also, or maybe they just took their bad service out on me for having the audacity to get what I paid for. Ordered guacamole kids meal with beans and corn salsa only to get home and find only beans were in one of the 3 slots, the other 2 were empty. See pic. Couldn’t return to the store until 5+ hours later. They made a new one and gave me UNSEASONED guacamole and beans, and freezy corn salsa. (Prob did something else also but whatever, I survived it.) Kind of ridiculous to get angry that I came back to get what I paid for. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would!! I stood in line for 10 minutes, could be worse, only to be told there's no steak and I could wait 4 minutes for some to be done. I come back up 8 minutes later, to be told it would take another 10 minutes. I am on my lunch break as an EMT, I cant afford 10 minutes. If they had told me, there would be no steak for the next 15 minutes, I would have chosen another restaurant. Instead they wasted my time.

Let me say this, I normally love this location. I drive 15 minutes to get here opposed to going to the location down the street from my house. Today, today wasn’t it at all. I ordered my regular minus the lettuce because that looked brown. First couple bites were ok then all of a sudden every bite there after was like eating spoons of salt. Mind you I said spoons because they have any forks out. It saddens me because I love this location but damn yall dropped the ball today. Whoever the cook is today needs to chill out on the salt I had to throw almost a full plate away.
