Ashley greeted us at the beginning of the line with warmth and professionalism. Noah continued the service seamlessly, maintaining a positive and attentive attitude. Jen and Jaden finalized our order, remaining pleasant, efficient, and engaged through the entire interaction. It has been a year since my roach/bug incident, (pictures are further in reviews) and after avoiding this location for that time, it’s clear that cleanliness is still an issue. A restaurant inspector seriously needs to step in. Not only did I find a bug in my food, but I actually bit into it, which was extremely traumatic. I wouldn’t wish that experience on anyone. The manager clearly does not care about the restaurant or their customers. If they did, there wouldn’t be so many complaints about the restaurant being dirty and unclean. What’s even more concerning is that the manager showed no remorse for my horrible experience . I strongly recommend going to the Chipotle on Eastern instead.

Idk the managers name but he was white with arm tattoos. Super nice and friendly. Amazing customer service. Best I've seen from Chipotle ever. Glad to have found this location and will be coming back more frequently

All tables dirty. Trash overflowing. Drink station out of lids and filthy. You could not pay me to drink the normally crave-able lemonades. We got a kids meal and after asking about the chips and drink and confirming what we wanted, the cashier forgot to give it to me so I had to ask.

Where is the manager at for this location?? It’s ALWAYS dirty. Trashes overfilled. Behind the counter it’s kids running it and just playing around. They could Care less about you or your order. Replace the manager or let someone who will actually care franchise this location and clean house with the staff!! St Rose is too beautiful of a area to have such a crappy store, staff and service I observed two women ask a staff member if one of the tables could be cleaned so they can sit down and eat and the guy BLATANTLY ignored her and continued talking to his friends.
