Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle in Edgewater,MD has fresh ingredients and food but our Chipotle is raising prices jacking up the costs and then skimping and cheaping out their customers with significantly less portions. My steak taco meat was the gristle part. Do Better Chipotle by your customers who spend their hard earned money and give you their business and their trust as a company. Update: i did get to calling 1800 Chipotle and the customer service did apologize and them help me and compensated us for the inconvenience and the trouble. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience.

My burrito bowl was missing 5 of the 9 ingredients I ordered to pick up. I can't get a human on the phone to let them know, and the automated "Pepper" felt a free drink or side of quac was the appropriate compensation for a $16.60 burrito bowl! This isn't the first time my order has been so poorly prepared that it's not worth eating, so I'm leaving a review.

With someone who struggles with food allergies, Chipotle is usually our safe option for my 1 year old. We like Chipotle for consistency. We are currently visiting from out of town and got our usual order, however today was not consistent. The fresh tomato salsa that is supposed to be mild was waaaay spicy. So disappointed.

I hope the Chipotle managers see this comment. The staff during lunchtime on Novenber 8 , 2025, was terrible. They gave me the wrong order. I ordered a chicken bowl and they gave me something else. They charged me $20 for the bowl, and I think a chicken bowl costs around $12 to $15. The food was old and burning hot because they overheated it, and everything was just awful. It's a disappointment to go to a place like that. The food is delicious, but with such bad and disorganized staff...

I love their food, but you have to order it in store and watch them make it. I just placed an online order that included guacamole (xtra charge for that) only to get home and find that they left it out. I double checked my order and it was definitely ordered and paid for. It’s not rocket science people! Do better.
