Chipotle Mexican Grill

I recently visited Chipotle to place an order in person, and my experience started off a little unusual. When I walked in, there were two employees standing at the front, and neither of them immediately acknowledged me or seemed ready to take my order. They were not occupied with other customers or tasks, which made the moment feel a bit awkward, as if no one really wanted to step forward and assist. It created a slightly uncomfortable first impression and gave the vibe that customer interaction was not a priority in that moment. A simple greeting or prompt acknowledgment would have made the experience feel much more welcoming. Once the ordering process actually began, things improved. I do not eat at Chipotle very much, but was in town for business and wanted to try the carne asada bowl. I was extremely dissapointed when I got back to the hotel. First, it says that napkins and untensils were included, but there was neither. Luckily I was able to get a fork from the hotel staff. Second, what I got was a big bowl of rice and some veggies. There was very little cheese or sour cream. What I was craving the most was the meat. However, It looked nothing like you see on TV, the pieces were very small, and few and far between. NO THANKS! I have no desire to go back to Chipotle in the future. The price was good and that is about it.

Swiftly reminded to avoid this location, but only after giving it another try after several time has past. There was a total lack of communication about to-go orders among the staff members. Despite repeated food preferences for made-to-order meals, they were consistently overlooked. The service was slow, even with no one else in line. To make matters worse, found an inedible piece of debris in my food. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and continuous reminder to go elsewhere.

Order 2 bowls asked for half chicken and steak and they charged me extra chicken when i never said extra chicken . Didnt want to give me refund kept the food told me to call customer service for refund i call customer service for refund waste my time for 15min to say no refund. Make that make sense no food and chipotle kept $30.40 employees were disrespectful avoid this place !

Went to this location for the first time tonight. I spent about 35 minutes in line for a bowl. I felt terrible for the man on the front line. He was the only one helping customers, while everyone else was lingering around. Food was everywhere on the front line and on the middle counter. There was a line of 5 people, and there was only one guy helping out. Every table was messy, the utensil station was nearly empty, and the drink station was a mess :( I’m frustrated about my experience, but I ultimately feel terrible about the one worker being the only one making food. I hope this location gets some help.
