Chipotle Mexican Grill

The service personnel were unprepared and very unprofessional. They lacked basic communication skills and and did not provide a comfortable customer experience. The food was decent and the price ok. The cleanliness of the interior needed work.

This place is sorry ! Small portions, long lines & dirty grill food taste old. I’ve been to some pretty bad restaurants locations this one fits right in there with the worst of worst. Staffs unfriendly to help and doesn’t reply when asked.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I come to this Chipotle almost every week and the service is always excellent! The food is always fresh the portions are perfect and everything is super clean. Brenda the general manager always makes sure everything runs smoothly she’s friendly, professional, and really cares about her customers. You can tell she keeps the place organized and positive. Definitely my favorite Chipotle location 😋

As expected from Chipotle recipe ✔️on point. Price 👍can’t be beat in comparison with other competition. Cleanliness ✔️staff doing a good job, food tastes better when place is clean. Service ✔️Chipotle streamline system keep food fresh with fast outcome.

Ordered lunch before 12:00 noon. They finally sent it to the DoorDash driver at 1:17!! My lunch hour was over. Tried to contact the restaurant but can’t get through. Used the chat on the website, ended it abruptly. Zero customer service.
