Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food was cold specially the corn. It felt like they were frozen and served. Also the quantity was poor. I ordered light rice and there was no rice at all. Worst experience. When I reached out to support the chatbot automatically terminates session when you want to talk to someone. The chatbot gave me just the drink as replacement. I was expecting complete refund. Completely unsatisfied

I don't know what was with your workers up front tonight, but they need to get it together, or get a job that doesn't push them to the point of feeling the obligation to act disrespectful and annoyed. I used to work for fast food, I get late night customers are annoying, but at some point you have to account for the fact that you willingly getvto choose your hours and choose to be at the job- and if you can't handle it, find a new one. But I came in 10:15, after a long day of work, and the girl I was met with was genuinely so rude. She gave me barely any rice, chicken, cheese, or queso (which is an upcharge), but when I asked for lettuce, she gave me too much and it ruined the flavor of the entire burrito. I came here with friends and when we got to the line we waited for a while and there was a worker serving himself big portions of food and we had way smaller portions. Also the girl from the register didn’t asked if we wanted chips and she was quiet. Als the guy in the kitchen which I assume it’s the cooker wasn’t wearing a hat which I’m sure it’s against the rules and it can meet some safety standards violations. This was on 2/21/26 around 8-9pm

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle fan since my college days in New York—honestly, it’s one of those places that I crave the moment I see it. I’ve noticed each location has its own vibe, and I think that really comes down to the management and team behind it. Since moving to this area last year, I’ve been visiting this particular Chipotle quite often. The food is consistently fresh, the portions are generous (especially when I go in person), and the service is pretty solid too. I used to order delivery but found the portions a bit lacking, so now I always stop by after a trip to Marshall’s—it’s become my go-to combo. If you’re a fan of Chipotle or just curious to try, definitely come in person to get the full experience!

Angelique count your days because you should not be working at any establishment! You carelessly prepared my food and it leaked through the bag and got all over my hands and clothes when carrying it home. I asked you why you rolling my burritos like that and you thought it would be better to just place an extra foil. You thought it was cute to try to give me mild sauce with corn in it when I asked you for fresh sauce without corn because why the hell is it in there??? I only paid for this food because my kids wanted it so bad but i should of threw it in your face. Can’t even calll the store to complain , customer support wanna lie and say they gonna send me and email to fix the situation. Smh, somebody just run me my money back!!!!
