Chipotle Mexican Grill

Don’t waste your time with this location. The staff is not friendly, actually borderline rude. The are SO skimpy with the portions. I ordered double white rice and double chicken….for $15 I received barely enough to cover the bottom of the bowl. Ordered chips and guac, and they only gave me the guac. Told them I was missing the chips and they said they had to ring them up separately, because they “forgot”. The wait was long, and they had plenty of staff, so being short staffed isn’t even an excuse.

I got here the first day to try it out. The food was awesome, as usual! The employees were very kind and efficient. They definitely knew what they were doing. Great job everyone, our family will certainly be back! Update: Not as good as day one, every Chipotle has gotten skimpy on the meat, this location is now no different. Chips are often stale too, unless just made.

I had a countdown going for this location to open! The employees were so friendly, smiling and greeting people. The cashier was even cleaning tables in between ringing. Food was fresh and delicious! Only thing I was bummed about was them not having the dressing for the salad. This is becoming a common occurrence with chipotle =\ Can’t wait to go back!

Apparently this is worth $16. I ordered a brisket Quesadilla and half of it has no meat just a grilled cheese. When I went up to complain to get another one they had an attitude and was talking shit the whole time. Avoid this chipotle!

I love Chipotle and I couldn't wait until this location opened. I usually go inside so I can see them make my food. Today, I ordered on the app and picked up at the window (I live 5 minutes away). I spent $75 on my family food. My hard shell tacos were soggy, they forgot my sour cream and my kids burritos were so filled, the wrap bust open. They had to eat them with a fork. I know the place just opened and some employees are learning, but why give someone a burrito that has clearly bust out of the foil when another piece of foil would have solved that? I think they are so busy and they rush to keep up. Word of advice; when making a burrito that has a lot of items on it, be careful of how much you add to the burrito. Make sure it will close properly.
