Chipotle Mexican Grill

Why is there always a mess in the dining area at the Chipotle on 23 and 94? Is this just a Chipotle thing? Every time I visit, there’s literally food on the tables and floors. It’s frustrating! I would really appreciate more than the generic response I often see, like “contact us here.” Can you provide details on what steps you’re going to take to correct this issue? On a positive note, the girl making our food was nice, and they moved quickly, which I appreciated.

We love Chipotle and showed up hungry and excited to eat. Unfortunately, we left disgusted and ate at Arby's. The staff did not look up to greet us once. The food counter was filthy, like a bomb went off. Employee finally decided to wipe it down with a disgusting cloth pulled from the sink. Clearly was not rinsed or anything. When cleaning the counter the rag was dropping into the food containers and contaminating it. After probably 5-7 mins of this, and as the line up continued to get longer behind us, we decided to leave. Not even sure they noticed. Terrible experience.

Portions are wildly inconsistent, and it always feels like some customers get taken care of while others get shorted. I’ve watched bowls made back-to-back with noticeably different amounts, and when you ask for consistency, you’re treated like you’re the problem. If I’m paying premium fast-casual prices, I expect fairness and basic customer service. This location misses both.

Rice was under cooked, like hard Styrofoam. Tables were filthy and staff didn't care to clean them. Now im blasting porcelain like a short barrel air soft gun.

I always have good food at this chipotle location. Workers could definitely not be so stingy with there ingredients. For example I wanted double meat and definitely didn’t get double, but was still very tasty and fresh compare to most chipotles around.
