Chipotle Mexican Grill

I paid $17.17 for a carne asada bowl with guac on the side — over $14 just for the bowl itself — and was shocked at how little meat I received. The serving was mostly rice, peppers, onions, and pico, with just a few small strips of steak. For what they charge, this portion was honestly unacceptable. I’ve been to many Chipotle locations and never had one skimp out this bad on the protein. When you’re paying nearly $20 after tax, you expect a full serving — not what looks like less than half a scoop.

Consistency is important. Came here Tuesday 10/28. Great experience. Gentleman at the register was talking employees seem lively. I Came back 10/30 as it wasn't that bad on the 28th. 10/30- Woman making my food doesn't know what carnitas is. Gives me only a third of a portion I got on Tuesday. Doesn't close the lid so I almost drop it, thank god I didn't ask for a bag cause it would of spilled everywhere. No forks, fountain soda area is a disaster and disgusting. They had an empty sample cup or something on top of the food case. Kid at register was higher than a kite, I could see my reflection in his glassy eyes. Whispers under his breath so you gotta keep asking what. Doesn't ask if I want a drink or what size I'd like. I would definitely have a talk with the staff and management here c

Their food is disgusting. I’ve given them 3 separate chances to redeem themselves because they weren’t always terrible and at this point I don’t see them going anywhere but downwards. The chicken was WAYYY too salty and tasted like charcoal, I’m not sure if the grill wasn’t properly cleaned because the chicken itself self wasn’t burnt it just tasted burnt. The tomato salsa was old and mushy and the chips weren’t freshly fried they were greasy, flimsy and salted to the highest power. Just save your money and go somewhere else.

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had … the portion size SUCKS and I’m not even talking about the meats… I ask for more pico, cheese, lettuce … the employee gives me not even half a spoon mind you the toppings are free !! Then I ask 4 times for more!! she rolls her eyes and gives me again a pinch of pico like to the point I was getting aggravated why do I have to feel aggravated while trying to order food ?? Had to ask for a manager because after the third time I asked for more lettuce because she gave me a tiny pinch and then looked me dead in my eye and gave me a little nother pinch of lettuce .. the manager was nice but didn’t offer to fix the bowl… never coming here again because why do they make me feel like im the problem lol. Chipotle DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a steak burrito bowl and queso through Door Dash. The bowl was heaping full and contained exactly the items I requested. The queso was good, although I think its consistency might vary by location. I grew up in another state, was absolutely smitten with Chipotle's queso there and thought this would be the same--this was decent, but thicker and a slightly different flavor than I expected. If you like thick queso this is for you. I would give the queso quality 3/5 (for my taste preferences), the bowl 5/5, and order accuracy 5/5.
