Chipotle Mexican Grill

Service is always slow because they are so badly understaffed. My last trip was the worst, I'll be making the extra drive to Bountiful from now on. Employees were prioritizing prep work over customer service, and they probably needed to. The food on display was dried out and cross contaminated from one bin to another. Queso was particularly disgusting. Total was $12.18, so I handed the girl $20.20. She didn't understand what I was doing, so she just ignored my coins. I told her it would have been easier if she would have accepted the coins. That way she wouldn't have to give me any coins back, just bills. She said it would have been harder on the machine. Obviously she expects customers to drop plastic, and doesn't know how to count cash.

The food was delicious. We got the Beef Barbacoa Burrito Bowl with a large order of Chips and Queso Blanco. The staff were friendly as well. We will be returning soon.

Ate at this location yesterday and it was the BEST I have had over any other location. They greeted us upon entering and the guy on the other side of the counter was GREAT at fixing up our order! Thanks for a great meal! Yum!!!

This place is understaffed, which is why the service isn’t great. But the food tastes just as good as any other chipotle!! Always one of my go to chains for macro-friendly meals for an affordable price.

First time to this location by doing a decent sized catering order. They had it ready in time and everything was correct. The staff was helpful and friendly with moving the heavy boxes. Packaging was good and clear. Only recommendation I would have is to include some sort of labels for multiple dishes
