Chipotle Mexican Grill

We ordered kids tacos to go and when we got home and opened the meal we notice that all of the tortillas looked like they already had food inside. They were not fresh tortillas. They also did not include the chips that come with the kids meal.

So much better..... Was very disappointed in the Bentonville location... So I drove a little further to centerton. Food was good quick and the place was clean. Highly recommend NOTE- I REALLY THINK PEOPLE TALKING ABOUT A DIRTY CHIPOTLE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE ONE IN BENTONVILLE A COUPLE MILES AWAY.... THE ONE IN CENTERTON HAS BEEN SPOTLESS TWICE NOW. JUST FYI

Avoid at all costs. I honestly don’t know how this place is sitting at 2.4 stars. Service was a disaster and the food managed to match the energy. I’m also fairly sure they quietly jacked up the prices. Two bowls, one with guac, plus a medium drink ran $31.44. For that price I expected at least mild competence. Service was… fascinating. Somehow they managed to get as much food on the outside of the bowl as in it. If you enjoy a wet, goopy mess coating your hands the moment you pick it up, this place delivers. I’m officially out. Hard pass from here on. I’ll be going to Tacos and Beer up the road from now on, where the food stays in the container and the experience doesn’t feel like a practical joke.

Update photo: SMH it was cold I honestly don’t even know how to start this review. The portion size was just ridiculous. We ordered a burrito and a bowl. The burrito was fine, but the bowl had literally one piece of carne asada. On top of that, we asked for extra rice and fajitas and somehow got less than normal. I made sure to select extra, not light, but Chipotle always acts like giving a decent portion is coming out of their paycheck. The only positive was that customer service was really kind and gave us a refund, which I do appreciate. But overall, this experience was frustrating, and Chipotle seriously needs to fix the way they handle portions and the judgment of their staff.

Every time I order here, it takes forever. One time I was stuck in the "Chipotlane" for over 30 minutes (despite arriving at the time the app told me to), so I ordered for in-store pickup the time after that to see if it would be any better. It wasn't. Somehow, even though I arrived 10 minutes after the estimated pickup time, there were still two orders ahead of mine and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after I arrived. Not sure what's going on here. I'm more criticizing Chipotle corporate because this place is apparently chronically understaffed and that's not the workers' faults. They were all very nice and clearly doing the best they could. The Bentonville location is significantly faster and I will be going there from now on.
