Chipotle Mexican Grill

A shout out to the team working on 1/11/26 -6:30 pm for working so hard. These workers need and deserve a raise! If you have worked in the food industry you understand the stress of having a long line of hungry customers waiting for their food... complaining about not getting what they want: more food for less money. They offered a great customer service while working with an understaffed team. The food and portions were good as always, but I just wanted to give props to these hard working young men.

They have a new girl started this past week. She's good. Very good. She ask you before packing up, is the food up to your liking, than pack it up. I was shocked because they just pack and move on to the next person.

Small servings of protein. Half a spoon for regular and full spoon for double. Steak meat was red not pink like it is at other restaurants. Person serving had an attitude. Hire more people with people skills please. I basically got a kiddy bowl with subpar service...won't be coming back to this location. Now I see why it wasn't busy. Never again

This experience confirmed that I need to start trusting my first instinct more. I stopped by to grab a veggie-only kid’s meal while I was in the area. I walked in and saw only three people in line, which should’ve been my first red flag. After standing there for nearly ten minutes without moving (I was reading my book), I realized nothing was being handled efficiently. When I was finally able to order, I noticed there were 356890521 employees on shift, yet barely anyone was actually working the line. Additionally, the counters were FILTHY, food options were low or almost empty, and nothing appeared to be restocked, but should have been for the after-work rush. By this point, I had already been there almost 20 minutes, and the line behind me was growing. I FINALLY ordered my usual kid’s

This location needs help. Obviously it’s a very busy part of town, so it should be managed better and staffed appropriately to handle the traffic. I don’t even know if they have a manager at this location. It was only one person working in front. The presentation of the place is very concerning. I left yesterday because I lost my appetite because of the appearance. Food was everywhere or looked old, not fresh. I asked one of employees if it would be fresh Queso coming out he said not at this time but could grab some from another bar. I just went ahead and left. This not my first experience like this here. I don’t believe I will be returning. Someone definitely needs to get this location up and running right.
