Chipotle Mexican Grill

12/9 I placed a delivery order through the app and was delivered in timely manner with a great cash tip for the driver. Food arrived cold, barely anything in the bowl, sides requested include brown guacamole, sour cream looked sus and not fresh that I couldn’t barely eat any. I’ve had an issue at this location before in-person or delivery few years back, did an online pick up and they improved on what was wrong with it. Now it just another bad experience - already filled out a complaint through Pepper Chat.

We placed order on this location and the white rice was uncooked and the chips were uncooked too. Do not recommend this location.

Been to this location many many times and it is easily the most disappointing chipotle location I’ve been too. They are constantly out of food. Not like 5 minutes before closing but at 7:30 at night. You can’t order on the app because there’s a good chance they’re out of whatever meat you ordered and the app still charges you and you have to go through a long process to get the money back. It’s often slower. When the Chipotle in Simsbury opens I’ll drive there hoping the service is better even though it’s 10 minutes further from my house. My bowl tonight was about 2/3 full and they told my wife they were out of rice at 8:00 pm.

SKIMPING. I ordered half chicken, half carnitas. I got 4 small pieces of chicken and one chunk of carnitas. This place is actively filling bowls with rice and skimping out on meat portions. DO NOT GIVE THEM MONEY. This crap is FAR too expensive for them to be pulling this.

Went in (not busy at all) and the worker who took my order was so rude and annoyed with me and my girlfriend for no reason. He was overly passive aggressive and didn't change his gloves to take our order and they had soapy water on it which got on my bowl. We were also ignored for a few minutes waiting to get our order taken. He was a white male, blonde; buzzed hair, and looked to be in his 20s years old.
