Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually don’t leave reviews but I ordered for delivery from this location and it was not great. I understand if the employees are tired or just over it, I get it, but this was just straight up lazy. And to clarify, it’s not like I’m a picky eater, but you can’t tell me it’s not disappointing when you order something specific and you don’t get it, you know? It’s not like I had a complicated order either! If you refer to the pictures, I ordered very clearly: bowl with white rice, chicken, corn, hot sauce, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. If you look at the other picture, that is VERY obviously not what I ordered. There are clearly beans and (not quite sure which veggies sorry) what looks like fajitas? I paid an extra $4.95 for double meat and received what looked like less than a single portion. That’s not a minor mistake, that’s paying for something you clearly didn’t deliver. On top of that, trying to call the store was ridiculous. I had to sit through endless automated prompts just to try to reach a real person. Extremely frustrating experience from start to finish. Do better.

I recently visited the new Chipotle location in Canby, and it was a complete disaster. First off, they didn't even bother to mash the avocados for the guacamole. Despite having 20+ staff members, it took forever to order my food. The employees ignored me when I walked in, and I watched a guy in the back kitchen struggle to peel a red onion for like 20 minutes. The food was horrible and had no flavor at all—it was the first time I threw away my Chipotle. They seriously need to close down for a couple more weeks to train their staff and learn to follow the corporate recipes. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this location at all. It's worth the drive to Wilsonville or Lake Oswego for a better Chipotle experience. This location sucks.

The food was delicious I had a burrito Bo with steak and carnitas it was so feeling Their meat is so fresh. And the restaurant was very clean. The workers would clean their hands after each person they helped
