Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered chicken and was given pork instead. I do not eat pork whatsoever and they refused to exchange my bowl for the mishap due to the cashier not giving me a receipt

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The service was bad — the staff didn’t seem attentive or friendly. The food was also not good; my burrito bowl was poorly made, with ingredients thrown together carelessly. The overall performance and effort in making the food was sloppy, and it definitely didn’t feel worth the price. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location really let me down.

Last night I bought a bowl and a piece of plastic or wood came out in the food. I hurt my tongue, and the food tasted a bit different. It was flavorless, something horrible, and they didn't give me my refund. Honestly, it was bad service.

Always messing up an order. I placed an online order and didn’t receive my tacos shits ridiculous and have to go to bed hungry. The chipotle app couldn’t do anything about it.

For a company with an 18% increase in sales growth for Q2 2024 this is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever visited. They initially couldn't find the online order which was 20 minutes over the pick-up time. Forgot to add my guacamole and argue with me about paying for it. Showed proof on my phone order, "that doesn't matter!". I received my guacamole after some back and forth. Noticed later on the bag receipt had SD Guacamole listed. I guess the girl was doing me a favor because the guacamole had large and unripe avocado chunks. The pinto beans were cold like they were pulled out of the refrigerator. Corporate needs to send workers from other locations because the Iverson Mall Chipotle needs serious help. Check your order and prepare to wait if you choose to visit and one thing they won't f
