Chipotle Mexican Grill

The quality here has dropped significantly. I ordered it as pickup through the Chipotle app and my meal consisted of a mostly empty queso container and carne asada that was dried out and burnt to the point it could identify as jerky. I used to enjoy the generous portions and fresh ingredients, but this experience was poor enough that I won't be back.

Paid $33 on Doordash for a chicken and rice burrito bowl & a side of chips and queso. I attached a photo of the bowl before I even took a bite. I moved it all to one side to show just how little food was in there. There was MAYBE 4 ounces of chicken in this bowl. SO small. They made sure to fluff it up with enough lettuce for a separate salad though. Truly an offensive portion of food to receive. They do this with doordash on purpose. They know you can't do anything about it. Very very shady.

The staff on Friday night was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and fast. Store was very clean. You can tell that they communicate well! The steak tasted really good tonight.

This location is the absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE! Bafflingly small portions, missing ingredients, overcooked meats and rice. Here comes another in a long line of bad reviews for this location with the same complaints. Corporate doesn’t care. As a former takeout specialist and KM at three locations which all had “restaurateur” status, I know the ins and outs of the operation. As a takeout specialist I was responsible for ensuring freshness of the back line by ROTATING OUT OLD STUFF, and making sure people are GETTING WHAT THEY PAID FOR. I was always on the generous side as it made repeat customers, and we had some great staff to back that up by making more when needed. I have a hunch that whoever runs the kitchen in this location doesn’t want to do their job, so the crew gives out tiny

Food is always served cold, looks old, rice tastes overcooked. They forget items in your order and then dont answer the phone when you call for a replacement or refund. Im so over it. Its the same service at every chiptole. The food is always inedible and customer service and managers never provide a solution.
