Chipotle Mexican Grill

Ordered through the app any picked up through drive through. Checked to make sure things were there and drove home. Opened up the food and the large guacamole was alternately brown and underripe. There was guacamole on two of our orders as well. I drove back to the store to get a different serving of guacamoles. The manager said, “that’s what they gave us and I don’t have anything more to give you. So just complain on the app and they’ll refund you.” Then, they went on to continue to serve the guacamole. I submitted a complaint on the app and never heard a response. Followed up with chipotle and here was their response: “ Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. This was the most efficient chipotle I have ever been to. Honestly. Four of us went in to grab a quick lunch to take back to the office. They were SO quick. And my burrito was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and well stocked. The restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly.

Came in this evening to get a quick meal for the kids and I. They got the kids taco plate, unfortunately the black beans and reg chicken was both spicy. They wouldn't eat any of it. Really frustrating as a parent to get What should have been a quick and easy meal, evening up being frustrating and still had to cook something for them. Don’t understand how it taste so bad with the same owner. Isn’t it under the same management? How is this bowl so tasteless…

I came in to get a rice bowl with chicken . The girl and the counter put a very small portion of rice then a very small portion of beans and a very small portion of chicken, when I asked her to put a normal size portion (the same that I received every other time) she refused and said I would have to pay double. I told the girl working I changed my mind and left. This food costs $15, I didn’t mind paying it before because you were given a healthy portion but I guess the company is cutting back and giving smaller portions now but keeping the same price. I guess I’m done eating at this establishment.
