Chipotle Mexican Grill

Placed an order thru the app for in store pickup. But the food is completely different. As you can see in the picture. I ordered carnitas and carne asada, but they got me chicken. And a lot of things were missing too, such as tomato, fajita veggies and guacamole. This location also gave me diarrhea a few times. I have given it multiple chances but now I won’t get anything here anymore.

Went there on my lunch break in a rush to get a quesadilla and wanted to be in and out soon as possible to get back to work but it turns out you can’t order a quesadilla in person you have to order it online because of how their “system” is set up! This is a huge inconvenience for customers who want to come in and grab and go! So instead of me ordering a quesadilla in person I was told I would have to order it online and wait because the online orders were 5 orders in front of mine which would of made me wait even longer than I intended. So instead of me going through the whole incompetent process I just left and opted for an another fast food restaurant with an actual smooth process. I hope they can fix this issue moving forward because that actually made no sense what so ever!

They are not consistent in anything. Service is sometimes ok, but other times you get eye rolls and attitude. Some orders are fine, other times it's like you only ordered a half a portion. Today I went in to place my order and I was told there were no black beans. I asked how long it would be until there would be some, nobody knew? They just stared and heavy sighed at me. I didn't know what else to do or ask so I walked out in the middle of my order. I love Chipotle wish someone would fix this location!

Don’t go here - The reviews about poor service are real! Went to pick up my online order. Without looking at me, an employee just keeps repeating “Pickup.”as she wasn’t looking at me, I thought it was saying it to a coworker. She then gives me a very dirty look and asks aggressively “Are you here to pickup or not?” Even though she was very rude, I still thanked her but she buffed at me after handing me the food. I read the reviews thinking “Oh how bad could it be, I’m just there for pickup.” She managed to be disrespectful to me in a 10 second interaction 😂😂😂. They managed to fail the low standard set by these reviews, which is quite impressive. Also, the fajita vegetables were burned 😂

Worst Chipotle yet! Ordered two bowls. Meat was dried out and not much of it — mostly rice for $23🤬 Never going back!!
