Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle is fine, just not great. I know 2 stars seem low but it is just lacking. My friend said this place makes good food but ive found others that taste better and cheaper (even in the city). The employees aren't mean but they're not super nice either. Place a little bit dirty too. Overall, I'd rather just go to a different Chipotle or diff restaurant all together.

Parking is easy. I have ordered a few times never had an issue with the food. I almost always have an issue with the rude servers and the food is almost never on time fod pick up. So this is what I do and it ALWAYS works out great. I order at 1130. It says if will be ready at 1140 or 1145. I get there at 1210. Food is always ready. And even if there is a line i say my name and I get it and leave. No waiting around no dealing with the staff and for a few orders this works perfectly

Ordered over Uber Eats last time I ordered from here and didn’t have a problem. Manager was helpful over the phone last time and got my order to me after a little discrepancy with the driver that was assigned to me. I wish I could remember her name, but thank you! My order was delicious and ingredients, fresh. I just placed an order with you guys again :) great service!

It used to be worth it... not anymore I moved to the area a year ago. I was so happy that thus Chipotle was nearby and their food at the time was amazing. I even have a gluten intolerance and ive never had an issue eating here which brought me peace, But as of the last 5 months the food has been aweful and the establishment waa always filthy from the service line to the tables and floors. serving rotted tomatoes, lettuce and old rice. Just today my boyfriend went to grab me a bowl. The usual wt rice, chicken,tomato,light serving of blk beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac. I live 3 min away and the food was ice cold. I decided to just turn over the bowl ,scrape out the rice to toss in my skillet but I noticed the rice was ice cold,hard clumps as if it was days old. I was shocked. Th

My daughter ordered a chicken bowl online. My husband picked it up. When she opened it there was no chicken in the food. None whatsoever. I called the restaurant but realized the line is only for orders. If you're picking up your order please check it before leaving the store.
