Chipotle Mexican Grill

First time ever going to any Chipotle. I was pleasantly surprised. I had the Burrito and it was huge and so delicious! Took my Granddaughter there and she had a bowl, which she also loved. The staff was very professional, helpful and present, which was well appreciated. For the two of us, it was 40 dollars, with just one drink, so it was pretty pricey.

Walked in and then walked out. Took one look at the food, and it was obviously all leftover from last night. The beans had a film/skin on top. There were about six pieces of dry chicken. Carnitas was a blob of mush. Queso was all dried around the edges. This was at 11:30 a.m. They need to stop using old food. Cook fresh. Do better Chipotle. I love you, but you are not doing your best.

Food was phenomenal. Good portions… The energy just felt so off in there.. from the girl not saying a word to me while making my burrito to the cashier having the personality of chalk.. for sure will be back with the understanding that there’s no real synergy or good vibes.. just good food.

Went to Chipotle to try it a second time like I said I would in my first review. They fixed their mistakes from my first review which is now deleted. My Carne Asada Burrito was perfect with everything in it, Fajita Veggies were to par. Everything was great the second time around. Fast pick up from online order like the last time. Can’t complain. Will be back again. Glad we have a Chipotle in Berlin now. 👍

Unfortunately the chips were stale but the staff was nice enough to get in a new batch. The bowl was amazing as usual and service was amazing.
