Chipotle Mexican Grill

I picked up an order this afternoon and was disgusted when I got it home. I ordered a barbacoa bowl and the barbacoa was smashed into the bowl, probably to hide the fact it was old and inedible. It was hard, not shredded and very cold. It’s as if they gave me the old stuff from early in the day instead of scrapping it. If you wouldn’t eat this yourself, why would you give it to a customer? Providing bad meat to someone could get them really sick. I tried calling but it’s impossible to reach the actual store. This needs resolved.

I ordered 3 bowls, asked for extra lettuce in 2 of them, light hot sauce, they completely messed up. My bowl had barely anything in it. Very disappointing.

Everytime I come to this Chipotle they are out of something and not making new. They hey close at eleven at night but start packing up around eight. And the manager is always do everything but helping when there is a line out the door in the evenings. Today he didn’t acknowledge the line left his one employee tending the line while he drank and was on his phone. As an adult who has worked in the restaurant industry, you can tell that he sees the line but keeps running around doing everything but helping.

We love Chipotle but this location really disappointed us. First we waited in line while employees prioritized tasks that weren't serving the customers. Then once we were waited on the kid doesn't inform us before ordering that they were currently out of stock of burritos. I'm sorry but if you are out of stock of one of the two options available...there should be a sign on the door and one on the glass at the counter. The employee was very stingy with portion sizes and a lot of the toppings were old and needed changed. $35 is a lot of money for 2 bowls and 2 drinks. And then to top it off all the tables were dirty. That's gross especially this time of year when everyone is sick. All I can say is DO BETTER !!!!!!

I had a really nice time here enjoying a sit-down meal after driving all the way back from Michigan. The girl taking my order was very nice and helpful. Food came out quick and there wasn’t a line at all, so we had the whole place to ourselves. This location seemed well-stocked and was kept very clean.
