Chipotle Mexican Grill

The workers in there make up their own rules. Don't cook food. Started charging for extra fajitas veggies ontop never making any. This location needs a gm on-site if you're going to keep hiring kids to run a business. Honestly clean house and then keep a gm on site. They're Just lazy and comfortable dictating what duties to do and when, if at all.

Honestly, I've never felt the need to write a review, but this chiplote got it! What they don't have is salt however, I ordered a burrito with rice yadada the usual. However the rice and chicken had no seasoning. My food felt very cold, mind you I went in person and no delivery before, so I can't even give them the benefit of the doubt. The lady at the cashier, was very rude and snappy. Please please please do better.

I love Chipotle. I will say the staff has a tough time because of the patrons or should I say customers that enter their store are rather rude, demanding, cheap and argumentative. The staff will match your energy if you enter the location with an awful attitude they will reciprocate it back to you. I don't know how so many people are angry while getting food but God bless the workers who have to deal with customers who intentionally make it their day to be difficult. Kudos to the staff I can see that they are sincerely trying, however many don't understand the waves of retail... With employees that may call outs or not being able to or willing to the corporation being willing to pay their employees.

They were out of a couple things, which may just be a pipeline thing, but the food itself was really good, and the workers were friendly and quick. Wasn't in line for more than a minute or two. The tables themselves were somewhat clean. Keep in mind this location is right next to a huge university, so they probably get a lot of traffic from there, which explains some of the issues the other reviewers had.

Shut this chipotle down expeditiously PLEASE. I am never ever ever coming back. They take 30 minutes for you to even get to the front of the line then this lady making my burrito has ZERO sense of urgency taking out the burrito. I want to sue this chipotle how bad the burrito is, dry, no seasoning, messy. Honestly the lady needs to quit and start putting the fries in the bag at McDonald’s.
