Chipotle Mexican Grill

2 nights ago we arrived to pick up our Chipotle order at 7 when it should have been ready according to the online order. The girl came to the window and told us it would be about 10 more minutes because the steak was not ready yet. At approximately 7:10 another girl came to the window and told us it would be about 15 more minutes until the steak was done. I asked at this time if she could process a refund of my order as my daughter’s food was getting cold. After a few minutes a male came to the window and stated he was unable to process a refund and I would have to call a phone number to get a refund. So I asked to just get the food. He said he just put the steak on the grill and it would be a few more minutes. We finally got our food at 7:22 and my husband asked the girl if everything

Honestly, very upset with Wareham chipotle as a frequent goer to specifically this chipotle, I have seen a steady decline in customer service portions and overall quality of the food. All I can taste in my chipotle bowl is cilantro and they gave no more than six pieces of chicken. Very disappointed

These are my fajita veggies for 10! I've done chipotle catering throughout the years for meal prep and I have one container less of meat, half the beans I normally get and less shredded cheese. Do better....

Always delishish and I never have any issues, paid tonight got my drink threw the receipt away, got home the burrito was large and in charge, but I was missing my $5 chips and queso. The one time I dont look. But my fault not theirs, they had a line when I was there. See you next time burrito mastars. ✌️

Horrible! I had to throw out whole bowl. I was not happy the rice was hard as a rock. It wasn't fully cooked.I literally drove home 5 minutes away was not very warm and rice not cooked enough. We ordered 3 bowls they were all the same undercooked!
